Do you use bots or macros?
No. TicketSnap does not use any automation software. Every booking is done manually by an experienced team member, the same way any regular user would book.
Can anyone use TicketSnap?
Yes — anyone can apply. Every request is reviewed manually by our team, and we may restrict or remove members who violate our terms. We cover events across the majority of Asian ticketing platforms.
How much does it cost?
Our service fee is charged per seat. The seat price itself is paid by you directly to the vendor and never passes through us. The exact fee varies by event and seating — typically between $35 and $300 per seat — and is always shown on the request form before you submit. Payment is collected only after your booking succeeds.
How will I be kept updated?
Through our Discord system. Progress updates, the booking result, and the payment request are all delivered there, so there's nothing to chase.
Is booking success guaranteed?
No. Given the nature of ticketing, we cannot guarantee specific seats or a successful booking. However, there is no upfront payment — if a booking fails, you are not charged anything.
What's the refund policy?
There is no upfront payment, so if a booking fails you pay nothing. Once a booking succeeds and payment is made, fees are non-refundable except when the event is postponed or canceled. See our Refund Policy page for details.
Is my account information safe?
Booking account details are used only to carry out your booking and are handled according to our privacy policy.
