Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and procedures between the Company and Members regarding the use of the TicketSnap website and related services.


Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to all services where the Company assists or acts on behalf of Members to book tickets for performances, events, or other ticketed products.

2. "Member" refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and applies to use the Service.

3. "Booking Request" refers to the act of providing the Company with information such as performance name, schedule, pricing, seat preferences, account information, and payment information.

4. "Successful Booking" refers to the state where actual payment or reservation has been completed at the ticket vendor.

5. "Ticket Vendor" refers to the official sellers responsible for actual ticket sales.

6. "Service Fee" refers to the amount charged by the Company for performing the booking assistance service.


Article 3 (Terms Posting and Changes)

1. The Company shall post these Terms on the website or application page for easy access.

2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable laws.

3. Changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date.

4. Continued use after changes are announced constitutes acceptance.


Article 4 (Nature of Service)

1. The Company is not a performance organizer or official ticket vendor, but a service provider that assists with bookings.

2. The Company does not guarantee specific performances, seats, sections, rows, or booking success itself.

3. Results may vary depending on external factors such as ticket vendor system status, server conditions, queues, and payment approvals.

4. The Company may refuse or suspend service for requests that violate laws or vendor policies.


Article 5 (Application and Contract)

1. Members must accurately enter required information and agree to these Terms before applying.

2. The service contract is established when the Company accepts the application or begins the booking process.

3. Members are responsible for verifying all details before submission.


Article 6 (Member Information)

1. Members must provide accurate information including name, contact, account, and payment details.

2. Members must only use accounts and payment methods they are authorized to use.

3. The Company may request identity verification for security purposes.

4. The Company may refuse service if false information is provided.


Article 7 (Refusal and Restrictions)

The Company may refuse or restrict service in cases including: false information, unauthorized use of others' information, violation of laws or vendor policies, resale purposes, use of automated tools, and other cases deemed inappropriate.


Article 8 (Member Obligations)

1. Members must ensure accuracy of submitted information.

2. Members must respond promptly to Company requests.

3. Members must comply with vendor policies and applicable laws.

4. Members must not use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes without consent.


Article 9 (Prohibited Activities)

Members must not: use automated tools, bypass security measures, request bookings for resale purposes, use others' information without authorization, make false or duplicate applications, or engage in activities that violate laws or public order.


Article 10 (Booking Scope and Success Criteria)

1. The Company attempts bookings within the agreed conditions.

2. Specific sections, rows, or seats are not guaranteed unless separately agreed.

3. Queue entry or seat selection attempts do not constitute successful booking.

4. Success is determined by actual payment completion confirmed by the ticket vendor.


Article 11 (Fees and Payment)

1. Service fees are charged only after successful booking.

2. Members must pay within the period and method specified by the Company.

3. Refusal or delay of payment may result in service restrictions or legal action.

4. Ticket prices and service fees are separate.


Article 12 (Cancellation and Refund)

1. Members may cancel requests before booking begins.

2. Cancellation may be restricted once booking is in progress or completed.

3. No service fee is charged for failed bookings.

4. Service fees paid after a successful booking are non-refundable, except when the event is postponed or canceled.

5. Ticket refunds follow the vendor's policy.


Article 13 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company is not liable for force majeure events.

2. The Company does not guarantee booking success.

3. The Company is not liable for damages caused by member's information errors.

4. Liability, if recognized, shall not exceed the service fee paid.


Article 14 (Governing Law and Disputes)

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. Disputes shall be resolved through consultation first.

3. If consultation fails, disputes shall be resolved through the competent court.
